A faint and indistinct zodiacal constellation in the northern sky located between the brighter constellations Gemini & Leo. It is fairly obscure, redeemed only by two famous star clusters & best viewed around March
M44 (aka the Beehive Cluster or Præsepe) is an open cluster with a weak concentration of about 50 stars. It is visible with the unaided eye and an excellent binocular object to view
M67, another open cluster consists of about 200 detached stars in a weak concentration
Praesepe – Pri sē'pē,
